HOME ADDRESS (as much detailled as possible)
PHONE NUMBER
PASSPORT ISSUING DATE, PLACE and AUTHORITY
BE SURE IT IS NOT GOING TO EXPIRE WITHIN 6 MONTHS

STAYING PERIOD (that should concearn ONLY our SU and the strict time you will be on travel)
**MUCH CLOSER ITALIAN EMBASSY (address and fax number at least)
** on the doc we are going to send is specified a certain hosting address, so will be considered NOT legal for you to travel and be around somewhere else
*** we have some datas on embassies in Beograd,Skopje and ST.Petersburg, but we really want to be sure they are correct.

I`m Marina from L`viv (Ukraine),
Now listening to Classics and wrighting my diploma on the European Law. Such music helps to create good sentences!
