EUROPEAN NIGHT

European night....

If you are an 'old' AEGEE member, you remind “European night” as the craziest night in every AEGEE-event....
If you are a new AEGEE member, you're thinking: 'What is Peppe talking about??'

Anyway I want to use one of the last definition of Aegee Culture Working Group:'It's the night of your life...Where you meet your love, where you dance strange dances, where you eat a looooot of things and have a good drink'

Aegee Catania believes that European night is perfect to enjoy with alot of typical drink and typical food…but it’s also the best way to know something about other cultures…

What do we ask to you to make this night unforgettable?

- Bring special music from your country in your language(it can be both traditional and modern)

- Bring some wonderful traditional drink and food that everyone talks about

- Prepare a digital presentation/movie to see how beautiful your city and your country is

- Prepare ALSO an interactive presentation…for example you can teach us a typical dance or game or original choreographies(theatral, funny or serious)

- Bring the flag to show the colors of your country

- Dress yourself in the typical clothes of your country….

- Anything more? Don’t ask us, just take them with you!! Creativity and originality are welcome :)

- But most importantly, bring your AEGEE spirit to create the perfect European Culture Night!

Isn’t it enough ?

This summer there will be the 1° European Night Competition. After Summer University all the pics, movie and presentations will be sent to Aegee Europe and evaluated…so why don’t be part of the BEST European night in Europe?

Notes:
1)As you can see there's something that have to be done in group! So don't be shy and let's start to work together!
2) If you need something special to show us your 'culture', advise us on time and we will provide what you need...
3)I've just upload pics of last year European night on facebook group to show you some examples!

Hi to all,
i’m Daniele Storaci, 25 years old and I’m an official organizer of this Summer University. I study automation engineer and I hope to finish my study next year, but other the study I have some hobbies: Basket, books, girls and dance…dance…dance. I adore revel, and for this reason I have chosen the aegee-life!!!!
I hope that this summer will be the best for all of you!!!

I'm Peppe Gianni, 22 y.o. and I'm vice president of Aegee-Catania and Coordinator of this Summer University!
I study electronic engineering (I’m not the “tipical” boring geek-engineer :p).

I used to travel, dance and have party every minute of my life and AEGEE is the best way to do it!

Ciao a tutti,
I'm Costas from Athens Greece and like another zombie I'm sitting in front of my computer at 3:30 in the morning and writing this post... I'm 23 and I'm doing a Master in Classics. Besides this "intellectual" side I have an another side, which is active. I like cycling especially in the mountains, swimming (and who doesn't?), tennis and skiing! But above all that I think I'm quite an easy-going person, I like off-schedule spontaneus things and to party till the last drop of sweat! ;-)) So, I'm eager to go to Katania, since Sicily is one of the few regions of Italia I've never visited. I also perfectly know how crazy company are AEGEE-Catania and I'm sure we 'll have a great time! Bevilo bevilo bevilo! :-)))
